Aim: MEND guide for Vanuatu provides operational guidance to emergency responders to support the evacuation of communities at risk in the context of volcanic eruptions
- Produce a draft National Mass Evacuation Plan outline (MEND Vanuatu Guide)
- Can be adapted to the context of other natural disasters that affect Vanuatu
- Targets key users in-country: the National Disaster Management Office (NDMO), Emergency Services, and Line Ministries in the Government of Vanuatu at National and Sub-National levels
Timeframe: Draft guidance by the end of 2016
